Exit interview

A conversation on why an employee is leaving, mined for insight.

An exit interview is a conversation with a departing employee about why they are leaving, conducted to mine honest insight that is harder to gather while people are still in role. Patterns across many exits reveal where the experience falls short of the promise, informing both retention and brand. Because leavers often speak candidly, well-run exit interviews are a valuable, low-cost source of truth for continuous improvement.
