Offer acceptance rate

The share of offers candidates accept.

Offer acceptance rate is the proportion of job offers that candidates accept, a revealing signal of how competitive and credible your proposition is at the decisive moment. A falling rate can point to slow processes, uncompetitive packages, or a gap between the brand candidates were sold and what they encountered. It links the employer brand promise directly to whether people ultimately choose you over alternatives.
