Talent persona

A profile representing a segment of target talent.

A talent persona represents a broader segment of the workforce you want to engage, such as early-career engineers or experienced clinical staff, summarising shared traits and priorities. It informs how you tailor the EVP and where you invest attention across different talent markets. While similar to a candidate persona, it is often used more strategically for planning pipelines and segmentation than for a single vacancy.
