Internal employer brand

How current employees experience the promise.

The internal employer brand is how current employees actually experience the promises you make, the version of the brand felt from the inside. It matters because people compare the lived reality against what they were told, and any gap fuels disengagement and cynicism. A strong internal brand is the prerequisite for authentic advocacy and employee generated content, since staff will only champion a promise they see honoured.
